SHIPPING CONDITIONS

FULFILLMENT TIME:

We understand that you are excited about your order, and so are we! However, we ask that you allow up to 2 business days for our team to process your order after payment is confirmed. Each order is hand picked and quality checked by one of our outstanding warehouse team members. All items are packed and then placed in shipping envelopes in preparation for their journey to you. During sales periods and peak quantities during the holidays, we ask that you allow 2-4 business days for your order to be filled before shipping.

It is important to note that some orders may require additional information from our shipping team regarding address and/or payment confirmation. Please check your inbox for additional emails after placing your order to ensure your request is processed.

SHIPPING:

We offer free shipping within Germany via our warehouse in Berlin for all orders exceeding 50€. All orders within Germany less than 50€ are charged with an additional fee of 4.50€.

EU countries orders of 100€ and more are also free of a shipping charge. Below 100€ a shipping fee of 8€ will be charged.

For international orders (rest of the world) a surcharge of 25€. 

CUSTOMS, TAXES AND DUTIES:

Customs taxes, duties or import charges are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover any additional charges or costs for the final delivery of the package to your destination or country. Please note that these charges vary due to country laws and policies and we cannot estimate the amounts. If a package is returned due to rejection of customs fees and taxes paid, no refund will be issued.

DELAYED PACKAGE:

We have partnered with all of our carriers and strive to deliver all packages within the specified time frame. Please note that we will not be held responsible for delays in packages that may occur due to weather conditions, incorrect address information, or carrier issues that are beyond our control. We will do our best to resolve any issue for all our customers regarding returns, claims or lost packages to the best of our ability.

If a package is lost, missing, or cannot confirm delivery with tracking, we will process a return of the order. Packages showing confirmed delivery from the carrier will be investigated and cannot be refunded until resolved.
